After your order has been placed, we will process your order. You will receive an automatic order confirmation notification from us.

Emma Evans art acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to confirm that the order has been dispatched. A contract will come into existence between you and Emma Evans Art. The acceptance email represents an electronic purchase order receipt. After entering into a contract, you are obligated to pay off the total price of the artwork as per the agreed timeframe.

Emma Evans Art are not obliged to fulfil an initial order and can reject an order at our or their discretion.

7. Order Placement & Product Price Indication

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch with you.

The main characteristics of the products are shown on each product page on EMMA EVANS ART The images and the products offered for sale on EMMA EVANS ART may not correspond exactly to the true physical product due to the Internet browser, smart phone or monitor used by the customer. From time to time, we may price an item or order wrongly. If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will tell you ASAP and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancelling it.

If we can’t get in touch with you, we will treat the order as cancelled.  Please note that a change of mind to your order outside of the 48 hour window will not be accepted and the deposit payment will be kept by Emma Evans Sdio

From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes and other commercial factors. 

Any discount codes issued are subject to the individual terms and conditions with which they were issued, which may include, amongst other things, eligibility of use and maximum order value. If any of the terms and conditions with which the discount codes were issued contradicts these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions in respect of the discount code will prevail.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders which do not comply with these terms even if your credit or debit card has been charged (and will refund in full any amounts paid by you in respect of the order).

The purchase price of the product(s) and the cost for their delivery as indicated on the order summary page will be charged to your account at the moment in which your order is shipped.

8. Applicable Law

10.1 The Parties will use their best efforts to negotiate in good faith and settle any dispute that may arise out of or relate to this Agreement or any breach of it.

10.2 If any such dispute cannot be settled amicably through ordinary negotiations between the Parties, or either or both is or are unwilling to engage in this process, either Party may propose to the other in writing that structured negotiations be entered into with the assistance of a fully accredited mediator before resorting to litigation.

10.3 Any dispute shall not affect the Parties’ on going obligations under the Agreement.

10.4 The English courts have the only right to hear claims related to our site, and all disputes are governed by English law.
